Greg Denton
Greg has 25 years of electricity market experience, specialising in energy economics, electricity contracting and enabling the transition to renewable energy solutions. He was previously an executive with Western Power and then Worley, and Chair of the Sustainable Energy Association. His focus is on commercial, regulatory and market design aspects of energy transition, covering electricity and gas.
Neville Wood
Neville has 20+ years of energy industry experience, both in Europe and Australia. His expertise covers energy systems access, operation and design within Utilities, Consulting and EPC practices. He provides an holistic understanding of the operation of power systems with diverse market requirements and brings innovation to improve operational integrity and efficiency.
Michael Cornwall
Michael is a Project Manager and Chartered Professional Electrical Engineer with a deep understanding of the feasibility, optimisation, delivery and network integration of large-scale renewable energy projects. His personal focus is on optimising both the commercial and technical feasibility of a project to ensure its ongoing success.
Igor Perin
Igor holds a PhD in electrical engineering, and is highly skilled in Renewable Energy, Traction Power Systems, Transmission, Distribution, Oil and Gas, Water Treatment, with voltage levels ranging from 11kV to 330kV. His focus is on transmission and distribution design, substation design, network modelling and renewable techno-economic modelling.
Kody Ponds
Kody has extensive experience in renewable energy integration, strategic and directional studies, project execution and mining operations. She is a qualified electrical power engineer and industrial computer systems engineer with over 9+ years of industry experience. She also holds a commerce degree and is a qualified mental health first aider. Her focus today is on strategic planning and communication, business case development, investment evaluation, project management and execution of renewable projects.
Helen Gough
Helen is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering improved outcomes for the energy industry in Australia and Europe. An economist at heart, she embraces the diversity of different cultures and working environments, excelling in regulatory compliance, bankability and understanding the implications of contractual obligations on operations.
Her current work is centred on enabling energy transformation through innovative business models, clear communication of complex ideas, value creation through strategic risk allocation, energy storage optimisation and future networks.
Tomás Durán
Tomás is a versatile professional with over 8 years of experience in engineering, finance, agriculture, and water management in Chile and LatAm. He specializes in the renewable energy sector, having developed over 100MW of renewable energy projects, led strategic techno-economic evaluations, and owner’s engineer and asset management services. He has also overseen large investment portfolios in the financial sector.
Jan Masferrer
Jan is a professional with extensive experience in industrial engineering and product design. As CEO and founder of LENERGIA, he brings more than a decade of experience in renewable energy, focused on solar projects in Chile, Colombia and Spain. His experience spans project development, land acquisition, permitting, and financing.
In addition to his professional achievements, he serves as Director of the German Andean Club of Santiago DAV, coordinating mountain activities for more than 300 members. With extensive project management experience, proficiency in multiple languages, and a strong commitment to sustainability, Jan is a valuable leader in renewable energy and decarbonization efforts.
Cherie Gregoire
Cherie is an experienced project manager who spent the first 15 years of her career in energy efficiency and has dedicated the last 10 years to managing the lifecycle of large-scale renewable energy developments. A personable, pragmatic, planner by nature, she is able to form a clear, practical course of action for others to follow. Her focus is supporting Clients with renewable energy and BESS developments. Her skills range from procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, stakeholder consultation, project permits to PPAs and O&M contracts.
Cherie cut her teeth on renewable development whilst developing the Renewable Energy unit at Cambridgeshire County Council from whole cloth. She then went onto work for a variety of solar and battery storage developers in the UK, including agriPV pioneers Regener8 Power, Private Energy Partners and Island Green Power. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College in Environmental Studies and PRINCE2 certification.
Cherie's deep expertise in project development, financing, and sustainable energy, combined with strong project management principles, underpins a mission to advance the transition to net zero.

Matias Valdes
Matias is a power systems engineer with 5+ years of experience developing renewable energy projects focusing on solar, wind and hydro technologies. He has broad knowledge in power system analysis, designs and operations, complemented by an expertise in diverse modelling software and applied technical and regulatory standards in Australia.
Aaron Jackson
Aaron is a Power Systems Engineer with nearly 5 years of experience across the renewable energy, power systems and traction power sectors. He has a broad skill set across electrical engineering disciplines and has proven theoretical and practical problem-solving capabilities.
During his career, Aaron has been involved in complex projects across the entire project lifecycle. His expertise covers Grid Connections, Energy Modelling Power systems analysis and Protection.
With a keen focus on new development and R&D, Aaron is passionate about delivering decarbonisation solutions using the latest advancements energy technologies.
Shweta Singh
Shweta holds master’s degree in power system engineering with extensive years of experience in EHV/HV substation protection design in Australia and overseas including NZ, Oman and India.
She is a senior power system protection engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Transmission & Distribution industry in designing network protections up to 330kV including connecting renewable generation and BESS. She has recently completed major utility scale BESS and renewable generation connected EHV substations protections in WA and SA.
She is specialised in fault studies, protection grading studies, protection engineering, equipment sizing, functional specifications, protection settings and relay configurations for EHV/HV systems.
Sophie Siemens
As the Manager BESY at Incite Energy, Sophie is responsible for the BESY Energy Platform that is used by remote and regional communities to deliver real price relief through the transition to renewable energy by allowing energy consumers to make smarter energy choices.
Sophie has over 9 years of experience working for different Government entities in Australia and Chile in the sectors of trade, investment, climate change, energy and agriculture. Before joining Incite Energy she was working for the NSW, Victorian and Chilean Governments to grow business opportunities for companies respectively as well as working on various public policies, such as increasing Victoria’s renewable energy targets. Having studied Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Environment, she is passionate about supporting the transition towards net zero and fostering sustainable development.
Sam Stark
Sam has over 5 years of experience in the Electrical Power Industry across various disciplines, including Substations, Renewables, Distribution and Electric Railways.
Having worked on a range of electrical power projects, Sam has a demonstrated record of successfully delivering projects in Electrical Network Modelling and Studies, Substation Primary and Secondary Designs, Power Quality, Protection Systems and Circuitry Design.
Dale Crossley-Guy
Dale is an electrical engineer with a focus on Electrical Power and Renewable Engineering. He has experience across a range of software including renewable energy, techno-economic and power system modelling. Dale is a skilled problem solver and passionate about accelerating the adoption of renewable energy for a more sustainable future.
Isidora Jahn
Isidora is an electrical engineer with 3 years of experience in energy and operational readiness. Currently focused on grid connection studies, she applies her expertise to ensure seamless and reliable energy system integration. Isidora’s work emphasizes risk management, strategic planning, and data-driven analysis, supporting effective engineering solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.
Lachlan Simmons
Lachlan is an Electrical Engineer approaching 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Rehan Ahmed Khan
Rehan has a Bachelor of electrical engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology from Pakistan. He has three years of experience in the electrical power industry which includes renewable energy and distribution. He has been involved with conceptual designing, design reviewing, installation, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects.
Javiera Vargas
Javiera has more than 5 years of experience in the energy market, with extensive knowledge of each stage of the renewable energy project development process, considering the applicable regulations, the risks involved and the bureaucratic procedures of each entity, meeting the objectives of the projects and the development of the client portfolio.

Juan Pablo Elorrieta
Juan Pablo Elorrieta is a Senior Engineer specialising in the Chilean electricity market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has extensive experience in consulting, regulatory frameworks, and data analytics. His expertise includes Capacity Markets and PPA analysis, focusing on driving insights and operational efficiency through advanced data analysis and automation techniques.

Valeria Quezada
Valeria is a Project Manager in the area of renewable energy project development, specializing in photovoltaic systems. With two years of experience, she manages all stages of projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the integration of all necessary areas. She also maintains fluid communication with clients, ensuring that projects are progressing efficiently and meeting the highest standards.
Her career in the sector began with the opportunity to develop professionally at Incite Energy. Since then, Valeria has proven to be a fundamental addition to the team, standing out for her proactivity, initiative and ability to identify solutions and communicate clearly. Benjamin Ossa
Benjamin has training and experience focused on the areas of research, projects and the environment. He studied at the Alberto Hurtado University in Chile. He has worked in the design, permitting and construction phases of photovoltaic parks, providing support and insights into current regulations. He also has experience and knowledge in databases, GIS, R and GeoDa. He has demonstrated exponential knowledge and application of studies of various components of the environment for the presentation of renewable energy projects in Chile.
Diego Perez
Diego is a professional with experience in the areas of research and development of electrical projects, specializing in renewable energies. He has competences in the development, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic parks aligned with current regulations. He specializes in obtaining electrical information from substations and feeders, as well as conducting electrical pre-feasibility studies and developing electrical reports. In addition, he has contributed to the management and administration of non-conventional renewable energy project portfolios. He has also worked as a photovoltaic installer, where he gained practical knowledge about photovoltaic systems, including the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other components.
Daniela Parra
Daniela is an architect from Venezuela with 5 years of experience in the development of renewable energy projects in Chile, specifically in photovoltaic projects. She has focused on the processing of sectoral and Council permits, primarily in the preparation of architectural plans and documentation necessary for the approval of the procedures that allow the construction of these projects. She possesses solid knowledge of Chilean regulations and building codes regarding urban planning and construction. In addition, she is a yoga instructor, which has helped the participants in her classes to develop skills in stress management and well-being, fostering a balanced and healthy approach in her professional life. She stands out for her teamwork skills, collaborative approach, and her patient, optimistic, and persevering attitude.
Javier Álvarez
Javier is an electrical engineer with more than 18 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 12 years as a project manager for the construction of substations, lines and generation plants for systems up to 220 kV. Founder of Rho Engineering, Javier has developed more than 2,000 MW of electricity projects in Chile, Mexico, Spain and Israel, using various technologies. He managed processes to obtain technical permits for the integration of generation control panels. Javier currently focuses on promoting their further integration through technical analysis. He also keeps up with industry standards and payments for utility-scale projects.
Marta Aguilera
Marta is a lawyer from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and holds a Master's degree in Environmental Law from the Rovira i Virgili University (Spain). With more than 10 years of experience in strategic consulting and legal advice in the environmental and corporate fields, she has worked on a wide variety of projects in Chile. Her experience includes conducting environmental audits and coordinating and leading projects within the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA), as well as obtaining sectoral permits. She has stood out especially in the legal advice and leadership of photovoltaic projects in the energy sector. Marta is characterized by her deep commitment, her professional excellence and her planning skills, which allows her to guarantee the successful execution and obtaining optimal results in each of the projects she leads.
Javier Neira Carrasco
Javier is a professional with a solid background and experience in the design and analysis of infrastructures, especially in the field of hydraulic and road engineering. Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of projects, from applying knowledge in hydraulic and structural engineering for renewable energy projects, to designing sanitation and road drainage works.
Yasna Tapia
Yasna holds a degree in Drafting and Design and has 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Her career includes the development of projects and drawings related to wind and solar energy, in areas such as resource studies, grid connection feasibility, cartography and topography, electrical works, electrical studies, civil works, and environmental permits. She has both experience and skills in planning and integrating multidisciplinary work teams.
Yadimar Morales
Yadimar is a legal supervisor, with more than two years of experience in the development of projects of non-conventional renewable energy sources. She is in charge of managing the required documentation for different entities and organizations, ensuring that the property complies with legal regulations so that the projects are built without setbacks. Her solid knowledge of each stage of the process and the requirements for processing documents for different public and private entities makes her a fundamental pillar for her team.
She enjoys getting to know new cultures and adapting to multicultural environments, standing out for her excellent communication skills and her continuous desire to grow and learn. She is characterized by her empathy, kindness, affection and dedication, adapting to any situation that arises and facing it in a positive way. Geremy Basay
Geremy is an electrical engineer with more than 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He is mainly dedicated to the design and engineering of medium and high voltage lines. His experience covers both design and processing with either public or private entities. He has extensive experience in the area of development, mainly in the design of photovoltaic parks, and has extensive knowledge of Chilean technical regulations.
Geremy has extensive teamwork skills, including team management, communication and coordination.
He has a great knowledge of the various engineering softwares, among which are PLS-CADD, Autocad, Global mapper, Google earth, Microsotf Office, Q-Gis, among others. His technical knowledge has contributed to the growth of the company, considering his participation in the standardization of internal processes which generate improvements in work and in the quality of document delivery.
Carlos Romo
Carlos Romo Valencia is an electrical engineer with more than 6 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has worked in the supervision, coordination and construction of electrical works in real estate projects, as well as in the development of photovoltaic parks. Carlos stands out for his in-depth knowledge of Chilean electrical regulations and his technical ability in pre-feasibility analysis and electrical studies, using specialized tools such as PowerFactory and PvSyst. His meticulous approach and attention to detail have been key to ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of the projects in which he has participated.

Stephanie Wood
Stephanie is the Administrator of the Incite Energy team. Stephanie has worked in a variety of administrative roles, most recently in the medical industry. She also has extensive experience in customer service, both in retail and hospitality.
Stephanie has spent time studying administration, hospitality, finance and singing teaching. She has a passion for administration and a desire to assist others to carry out their organisational roles.
