Project Description

Incite Energy were engaged to build own and operate a 750kWp solar facility on the rooftop of G.James’ manufacturing and sales facility in Narangba, just north of Brisbane.

Overcoming numerous technical and regulatory hurdles along the way, the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Incite Energy successfully undertook both the AC and DC design, grid connection, procurement and project management and engaged local installers Act Now Energy Solutions for the installation and commissioning.

The power station is now operational, with Incite Energy responsible for the day-to-day operation and market activities of the power station. Incite Energy is a registered Small Generator Aggregator in the National Electricity Market.

Key Achievements

Project was the first export-enabled commercial rooftop solar power station in Queensland.
