NEOM

Project Description

NEOM is a new destination being built in the northwest of Saudi Arabia, based along the Red Sea and Gulf of Aqaba. The Line, a major part of the NEOM project, is a linear city 170 km long and 200 metres wide. The car-free city is planned to be a home for nine million residents serviced by a high speed railway.

Incite Energy were engaged to provide technical expertise as part of the concept design for the Traction Power subsystems used to feed the high speed railway.

Key Achievements

Optimised the overall Bill of Quantities and prepared Technical Proposals for the Traction Power scope.
