Construction Update – Narangba

Construction is now over 50% complete at Incite Energy’s 750kW rooftop solar development at Narangba, 30km north of Brisbane.

The project involves the installation of over 2,700 solar modules over a 12 week period. The construction program has been designed to minimise disruption to the customer’s ongoing operations and is on track for completion in July 2018.

Incite Energy have partnered with solar specialists Act Now Energy Solutions for the on-site installation, given their strong experience in commercial rooftop solar and reputation for quality.

Once complete, the system will produce over 1,100,000 kWh of clean energy per annum. The majority of this energy will be sold for on-site consumption, with Incite energy utilising the installed technology to directly sell surplus energy and ancillary services into the National Electricity Market (NEM).  This solution allowed for a larger solar system to be installed, with increased benefits for the customer.
